This site sets no cookies.portbay.app and docs.portbay.app run no analytics, no advertising or tracking scripts, and no third-party embeds; fonts are self-hosted. That is why you don’t see a cookie banner — there is genuinely nothing to consent to.

The one exception: checkout

The checkout page loads Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Paddle sets strictly functional cookies needed to open and complete the payment session (fraud prevention, session state). These appear only on the checkout page, only when you start a purchase, and are governed by Paddle’s privacy policy. No Paddle scripts load anywhere else on the site.

If this ever changes

If we ever add analytics or any technology that stores or reads information on your device beyond what’s strictly necessary, we’ll gate it behind a real consent prompt first and update this page and its date.
